I am a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in supporting children and their families. I have experience of supporting children and young people with complex mental health difficulties. With over ten years’ experience of working in a range of mental health services, including physical health settings, specialist child trauma and CAMHS.

I currently work as a Senior Clinical Psychologist within a specialist CAMHS team alongside my work with The Family Psychology Practice. I have a breadth of experience providing support to young people with complex mental difficulties, including OCD, trauma, specific phobias, anxiety and low mood.

I have completed additional training in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. I value being able to utilise different models to best meet the goals of young people and families.

When I am not working I enjoy taking my dog for long walks and being out in the countryside.
