Our Fees
We kindly request that payment is made within 24 hours of each appointment, and that payment is made by bank transfer (BACS).
We will invoice you after each appointment with the fee and details of how to pay.
FREE
Once you have made contact with us, we will call you back to gather a bit more information. This initial discussion is free and ensures that we are able to help you and your child or young person before booking an assessment.
£125
Appointments are between 50 minutes to an hour. Usually, we start with weekly appointments to fully get to know each other, often moving to fortnightly once things are feeling more manageable.
Insurance
We work with a range of insurance companies offering private health insurance, so please get in touch if you are covered by insurance and would like to check if we are authorised to work with your insurance company. We are usually able to claim directly from your insurance company, although you might have to pay any excess on your policy. Appointments claimed through insurance companies are charged at £120-£130.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, there may still be a charge if you miss or cancel an appointment:
- Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours working days notice will be charged at 100% fee.
Specialist Supervision
Clinical supervision is charged at an hourly rate of £125, at a mutually agreed and flexible frequency.
Additional Services
We always try and offer additional support as needed, for example attending or facilitating school meetings, writing letters or reports. Please discuss this with us. Rate dependant on time required.
